How much do you charge?

Every writing project is different, but I generally use the EFA rate sheet as a guidepost:

How long will it take?

The duration from start to completion will depend on the length of the project and your goals, but I'm a fast reader and an even faster editor/writer.

How long do you take to respond?

I'm very responsive, and generally get back to clients the same day, US Eastern Time.

Who does the writing and editing?

I do (Molly O’Donnell).

What payments do you take?

Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, and (in certain cases) company/organization check.

How will I be billed?

Via emailed invoice. I invoice at the end of each round of editing/drafting, and invoices are payable upon receipt.

Which style guides are you familiar with?

I'm happy to work with most style guides and formats (MLA, Chicago, APA, AP, etc.)

Do you provide samples?

You can view samples of my own written work from different publications (popular and academic), but editing projects belong to clients. This protects their intellectual property.

What formats do you work with?

Generally, I work with Microsoft Word (in track changes, if requested), Google Docs, most CMSs, and more.
